Do I need a cloud subscription to use the 128GB drive?
No. The physical device is a standalone storage product. Cloud and Family are optional services.
Can other family members see everything I upload?
No. My Vault, invited Family Rooms and the planned Only Me area are separate. Access is explicit, not automatic, and the family plan owner cannot browse your private vault.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Regular cloud content is recoverable after signing in on another device. Only Me content, once it ships, will require a recovery phrase or another trusted device. If every recovery method is lost, protected data may be unrecoverable.
Is MemriBank the same as a bank?
No. The name expresses how seriously we take your memories. MemriBank is a digital storage product, not a financial institution, and your files are not bank deposits.
Can I turn saved photos into books and gifts?
That is on the roadmap. Photo books, calendars and other keepsakes will be made to order through a print partner once the product line is final. See Keepsakes.
